McKenzie Lake Youth

The McKenzie Lake Youth program is aimed to provide a safe and fun environment for youth 11-16. The program will focus on activities that allow youth to learn about themselves and further develop their self-esteem and leadership skills. The programs also work to encourage social and recreational learning and help build positive peer relationships.

Tutoring Program

TUTORING

Come to the Resource Center Unit # 229 and take advantage of access to the computer, printer and internet. Learn your ABC's or finish your homework and school projects. 
Preschool aged children 3-5yr olds  Wednesdays 6:00-6:50pm
Elementary to High School 6-18yr olds 7:00-8:00pm
Come and enjoy learning, making friends,and year end parties!!
This program is for residents of the complex please keep other friends to a minimum. Residents of the complex will be given priority for the use of the computer.


 THE PATCH PROGRAM
What is Patch?
Patch is a Hull Child and Family Services Program. This program provides basic needs, support & referrals to other agencies and programs, emotional support and advocacy
Patch Hours are 9:30-11:30 AM Tuesdays @ the resource center



GOOD FOOD BOX
The Good Food Box is a program where you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables for a very low cost


GOOD FOOD BOX FACTS
Fact: Customers pay the cost of the food
itself while distribution overhead is
subsidized.
Fact: We buy top quality fresh fruit and
vegetables directly from farmers and the
wholesale stores.
Fact: In 2009 we distributed an average of
1000 boxes per month.
Fact: Volunteers sort and pack food into boxes
at our warehouse.
